Oxygen Bar/How Politicians Learn
A comedian, runner, and politician walk into an oxygen bar.
The barista asks, “What type of air would you like?”
The comedian picks laughing gas; the runner chooses oxygen, but the politician hesitates.
“Is there a problem?”
“Do people pay you for air? You can get it for free.”
The barista gives him a crooked smile. “Try it and see.”
Each customer walks into a sealed tank with a transparent window. The comedian chuckles to himself as he inhales. The runner takes a deep breath and nods with appreciation.
The politician gasps and pounds on the window. “There’s no air in here!”
“Would you like to buy some now?”
